SRINAGAR, April 23 -- A police constable died and several others, including polling officers, were injured when a bus they were travelling in turned turtle in Zalangam village of Kokernag area of Anantnag district today.
Reports said a bus carrying polling staff, police and paramilitary personnel turned turtle in Zalangam village of Kokernag.
An official said several polling officers, police and CRPF personnel were injured in the mishap, who were rushed to district hospital Anantnag, where police constable identified as Hilal Ahmad Khan of Pulwama district was declared brought dead.
