SRINAGAR, Sept. 30 -- Awami National Conference (ANC) senior vice-president Muzaffar Shah on Wednesday accused Modi led BJP Government of resorting to "Constitutional hooliganism", saying the party is speaking lies to the people of India including Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
He said China is only 150 KMs away from Ladakh and this is why Home Minister Amit Shah showed a tilt towards demands put forth by Ladakhi's.
He said BJP Government at centre has resorted to "Constitutional hooliganism" on August 5, 2019 when it scrapped the special status of Jammu and Kashmir under Article 370 and 35(A).
