Youth, students and some political workers on Sunday expressed their resentment and anger over the mass deaths and uncontrollable infection amidst COVID-19 second wave across the country by taking to social networking site Twitter with hashtag #NoMoreModi.

About 1,8000 plus tweets and retweets were recorded within nine hours on Sunday and the tweeters kept the hashtag trending for about 8 hours.

Tagging PM Narendra Modi's twitter account '@narendramodi', the tweet from the official account of Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress said, "The land of India deserves a well performer PM. Not any election rally expert. #NoMoreModi." The tweet was posted with an image of PM.
