Shopian, March 21 -- Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat has stated that youth who had previously strayed but have shown a genuine change of heart and actions should be considered for concessions in passport issuance. Addressing concerns over restrictions on certain applicants, he emphasized the need for a balanced approach.
"Yes, if a person has had a change of heart and deeds, we should consider giving him concessions," DGP Prabhat said while interacting with the public.
