Srinagar, Nov. 20 -- Deputy Director Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), Arjumand Yaqoob (KAS) on Thursday said that the department has completed its winter preparedness well before the deadline, ensuring uninterrupted ration and LPG supply to people living in far-flung and border areas of Kashmir.

Talking to Kashmir News Service -KNS , Arjumand said the winter stocking plan has been executed across the entire district, with four months of ration already dumped in advance. "Our winter preparedness plan is across the district. We dump ration for four months in advance and this time we are ahead of the timeline.
