Srinagar, Jan. 10 -- Ahead of the Assembly session scheduled to commence next month, the newly elected Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Budgam, Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi, has vowed to uphold the trust bestowed upon him by his constituents.

Speaking exclusively to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Mehdi stated, "I will fulfil the responsibilities the people have given me in the Assembly. I will raise the aspirations, fundamental issues, and genuine sentiments of the people in the forum and address their problems so that they can be resolved."
