Srinagar, Feb. 20 -- Vivek Bali , State President , Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP), has strongly demanded that all major tourist destinations across Jammu and Kashmir be declared polythene-free zones with an immediate ban on single-use polythene. In a statement issued today, Vivek Bali said that the increasing use of single-use plastic at tourist spots is damaging the natural beauty and fragile environment of the Union Territory. "Jammu and Kashmir is known across the world for its breathtaking landscapes, serene valleys, and pristine lakes.
