Chandigarh, Dec. 22 -- A Kashmiri youth, Murtaza Rasheed from Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, has approached authorities and filed complaints after allegedly being defrauded of rupees 65,000 by Prism Educational Services Pvt Ltd in Chandigarh, officials and sources said on Monday.
Rasheed, who was reportedly promised an Azerbaijan e-visa (AE105617955), an enrollment slip, and air tickets, discovered that the documents were fake.
The embassy of Azerbaijan confirmed the visa was invalid, and Rasheed alleged that the company directors, Harbalkaran Singh and Sumisha Sachdeva, issued threats when he demanded a refund.
