Srinagar, Jan. 26 -- Pawan Singh, an official serving at the SDM office in Uri, has been awarded the prestigious Jeevan Raksha Padak for his dedication and courage in public service. The award, which recognizes exceptional acts of bravery in saving lives, was conferred by the President of India, along with 35 other recipients from various states and Union Territories across the country.
