Jammu, Feb. 25 -- The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference General Secretary and MLA Khanyar Haji Ali Muhammad Sagar, Tuesday said that the upcoming budget of the government led by Omar Abdullah will lay the foundation for progress and development in the next decade.

He made these remarks while interacting with public and individual delegations at the party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha in Srinagar. He echoed the sentiments of the visiting delegations regarding the significant development setbacks the region has faced over the past decade.
