Jammu, Jan. 14 -- Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan on Wednesday chaired a high-level review meeting in Jammu to assess the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir, focusing on counter-terror operations, border management, and preparations for the upcoming Republic Day celebrations. The meeting was attended by senior officials, including Intelligence Bureau Director Tapan Deka, BSF Director General Praveen Kumar, CRPF Director General G P Singh, J&K DGP Nalin Prabhat, along with top army, police, civil administration, and intelligence officers.
