Jammu, Dec. 28 -- In a major action against drug trafficking, Udhampur Police on Wednesday attached immovable and movable properties worth approximately ?2 crore belonging to two alleged drug peddlers in separate cases registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act at Police Station Rehambal.

The attachments were carried out under Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act following financial investigation and linkage analysis establishing that the assets were acquired through proceeds of illicit narcotics trafficking, police said.
