Srinagar, March 28 -- Two foreign (Pakistani) terrorists were killed in an ongoing anti-terror operation in Kathua district, while four Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) personnel were martyred, Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat said on Thursday.
