Handwara, June 14 -- MLA Handwara and Peoples Conference President Sajad Lone conducted an extensive socio-political tour across the Handwara constituency today, engaging directly with residents and listening to their concerns and aspirations.

The tour covered a wide swath of villages across Upper Rajwar and Ramhall, including Zachaldara, Rajpora, Butshugni, Behnipora, Golipora, Sarmarg, Lachampora, Dogripora, Kukroosa, Tarathpora, Kalmoona, Pachkote and Sharkote. At every stop, Lone interacted with the local populace, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges they face particularly the acute shortage of irrigation water that continues to threaten agrarian livelihoods.
