Srinagar, Dec. 2 -- SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir, Ravinder Paul Singh, on Tuesday stressed the need for sustained traffic awareness and responsible driving, stating that enforcement alone cannot resolve the increasing traffic challenges in the Valley.

Speaking to reporters as per KNS ,during an awareness programme held at Pattan, Singh said traffic management requires community participation and early education.

"We have spent crores on enforcement, but awareness is the key. Students, teachers, and parents must understand and follow the Motor Vehicle Act. Traffic education should begin from primary classes," he said.
