Srinagar, Nov. 27 -- The Jammu and Kashmir administration on Thursday ordered a minor reshuffle in the civil services, assigning three officers to new positions, including the appointment of Syed Qamar Sajad as the Director of Tourism Kashmir.

An official communication issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) said that Pankaj Magotra, JKAS, who had been awaiting posting in the department, has now been placed as Director, Command Area Development, Jammu, filling an existing vacancy.
