Srinagar/Jammu, Oct. 24 -- On the birth anniversary of the revered nationalist leader Pandit Premnath Dogra, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary and In-charge of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Tarun Chugh today paid heartfelt tributes at the party office in Srinagar.
