Srinagar, Nov. 1 -- The Nigeen Lake Conservation Organisation (NLCO) has expressed appreciation for the timely intervention of the Lakes Conservation and Management Authority (LCMA) and the administration in addressing the issue of muck accumulation along the Sazgaripora stretch of Khushalsar.

Following NLCO's appeal and a subsequent meeting between Chairman NLCO, Manzoor Wangnoo, and the Vice-Chairman LCMA, the department immediately mobilised dumpers and staff to lift the muck that had been creating inconvenience for commuters and obstructing road movement.
