Srinagar, Nov. 6 -- Srinagar Police on Thursday said it foiled a terror attempt by arresting three individuals and recovering arms and ammunition from their possession, thereby averting a possible attack in the city.

According to the police, a team from Police Station Khanyar intercepted a black Royal Enfield motorcycle without a registration number during routine checking near Mamta Chowk, Konakhan, Dalgate. When signalled to stop, the rider and two pillion passengers allegedly tried to flee but were apprehended by alert personnel.
