Srinagar, Dec. 20 -- In its sustained efforts to eliminate the menace of drugs from the society and dismantle the infrastructure supporting illegal narcotics trade, Srinagar Police has attached a double-storey residential house on 8 marlas of land situated at Wantpora Eidgah, belonging to notorious drug peddler namely Basit Bilal Dar S/o Bilal Ahmad Dar, R/o Wantpora, Eidgah, Srinagar, valued at approximately Rs 1 Crore .

The accused person is involved in case FIR No. 59/2024 under Sections 8/21 NDPS Act of PS Nowhatta and FIR No. 114/2025 under Sections 8/22-29 of NDPS Act of Police Station Safakadal.
