Jammu, June 25 -- In a secret operation on 24.06.2025, CI Kashmir rounded up a fraudster Bilal Ahmad Rather S/O Abdul Samad Rather originally, a resident of 157-Allochi Bagh and presently residing at Zakura, Hazratbal Srinagar for using a forged document of CI Kashmir under the signatures of SSP CI Kashmir for vested interests.

The operation was launched on a reliable input wherein it was revealed that the Bilal Ahmad Rather has collected a huge amount of money from general public by adopting dishonest and fraudulent means.
