Srinagar, Sept. 4 -- The Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Kashmir, on Thursday granted bail to three accused persons in connection with an FIR registered by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Srinagar.

The case, registered under FIR No. 12/2024 under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 161(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), names the accused as Sajjad Ahmad Mir, son of Abdul Rashid of Pakherpora; Mohammad Irfan Ganie, son of Mohammad Sultan Ganie of Kanipora; and Abid Hussain Wani, son of Abdul Rashid Wani of Pakherpora.
