Srinagar, Oct. 23 -- Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather on Thursday expressed strong disapproval of the Kupwara district administration after the name of former Langate MLA, Muhammad Sultan Panditpori, was not included in the Assembly's obituary references.
