Sopore, Dec. 30 -- In a significant step towards bolstering community safety, Sopore town inaugurated its first specialized fire safety equipment outlet on Tuesday.

The establishment, named "Fire Shield," commenced operations in Model Town amid growing concerns over an increase in fire incidents, particularly during the winter months.

The facility is positioned to offer comprehensive fire safety solutions for residential, commercial, institutional, and governmental clients throughout the northern part of Kashmir, especially in Baramulla district.
