Srinagar, Jan. 24 -- Authorities on Saturday said snow clearance work is underway across Kashmir, with about 75 per cent of roads already cleared following the recent snowfall. Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg said that out of nearly 20,000 kilometres of road length, around 15,000 kilometres have been cleared so far. He said clearance work on interior roads is in progress and is expected to be completed by this evening. He said a coordinated plan involving the Mechanical Engineering Department, Roads and Buildings Department, PMGSY and other agencies is being implemented to restore road connectivity.
