Srinagar, Jan. 31 -- Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir's Scientist Dr Khalid Zaffar Masoodi, along with his PhD scholar Shivani, has been conferred the prestigious 'DESIGN for BioE3 Challenge'.
