Srinagar, Nov. 26 -- SKIMS Medical College Bemina today observed Constitution Day 2025 with an impactful and thought-provoking programme held at the college auditorium, reaffirming its commitment to constitutional values, ethics, and civic responsibility in medical education.

The event began with the solemn reading of the Preamble followed by the administration of the constitutional pledge. The programme was presided over by Prof. Fazlul Qadir Parray, Principal SKIMS Medical College Bemina, who delivered the welcome address and stressed the timeless relevance of the ideals of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity, especially for medical professionals entrusted with the care and well-being of society.
