Ganderbal, Nov. 25 -- Expressing deep anguish over the passing away of Mohd Ramzan Bhat of Laar Ganderbal, JK People's Party Sheeban Ashai paid rich tributes to the departed soul.

In a condolence message Ashai said, " We are all deeply saddened over the passing away of revered civil society samaritan, Ramzan Bhat Sahib. Late Bhat Sahib was a quintessence of religious virtuosity; solemn piety who dedicated his entire life towards welfare of the downtrodden.
