Jammu, Feb. 11 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference State Women's Wing President and MLA Habbakadal Shameema Firdous Tuesday said that the 50 percent turnout of women voters in recently held Legislative assembly elections is a significant achievement that will advance the cause of democracy in Jammu and Kashmir.
