Jammu, Oct. 3 -- The central government has appointed ten officers, including IAS officer Shah Faesal, as Central Prabhari Officers for Aspirational Blocks in the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. These appointments are part of the Centre's Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP), aimed at improving governance and development in under-served regions through focused administrative intervention.

Shah Faesal, currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Culture, has been assigned to the Tulail block in Bandipora district, Jammu and Kashmir. He is among eight officers posted in various districts across J&K under the latest appointment order.
