Srinagar, Feb. 15 -- In a stark indicator of the long-term social fallout of the 2019 Pulwama terror attack, the number of Kashmiri students seeking higher education in Uttarakhand has plummeted by over 60 per cent. The Jammu & Kashmir Students Association (JKSA) has attributed this decline to persistent safety concerns and a deep-seated "trust deficit" that remains unaddressed seven years after the incident.
