Srinagar, Nov. 7 -- Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (RDD&PR), Mohammad Aijaz Asad, today chaired a high-level meeting to review the progress under UT-CAPEX, Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment (SASCI), and implementation status of PM-SHRI and Samagra Shiksha schemes under RDD.
