Jammu, Feb. 28 -- It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of the respected father of Mr. Sarmad Hafeez, Secretary to the Government, Department of Youth Services and Sports, Jammu & Kashmir. He breathed his last this evening after a prolonged illness.
