Srinagar, Dec. 17 -- Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), Transport, Information Technology, Youth Services and Sports, Satish Sharma, on wednesday conducted an extensive inspection of the Regional Transport Office (RTO), Srinagar to review its functioning and assess the quality of public service delivery.

During the visit, the Minister took stock of various services being provided to the general public including issuance of driving licences, vehicle registrations and other transport-related facilities. He interacted with the officers and staff of the department and sought feedback on operational challenges and public grievances.
