SRINAGAR, Oct. 1 -- Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, Information Technology, Youth Services and Sports, Satish Sharma has extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami.
