Jammu, May 16 -- Minister for FCS&CA, Transport, Science and Technology, Satish Sharma today conducted an extensive tour of Chhamb constituency, during which he laid foundation stone of key infrastructure projects as well as inaugurated several public utility projects, reaffirming Government's commitment to the welfare of public.

During the visit, the Minister laid foundation stone for construction of Block Public Health Unit (BPHU), to be built at an estimated cost of Rs. 45.00 lacs, in the premises of PHC Maira Mandrian. This Unit shall cater to the increasing health demands of not only Maira Mandrian but adjoining areas of district Reasi as well.
