Anantnag, June 7 -- As part of ongoing efforts to ensure smooth conduct of the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra (SANJY) 2025, Director General, Rural Sanitation, J&K, Anoo Malhotra (JKAS) today visited Pahalgam and undertook a comprehensive inspection of key base camps and sanitation facilities at Chandanwari and Nunwan.

She was accompanied by officials from the Rural Development Department and District Administration Anantnag.

The DG assessed the progress of preparatory works, with a particular focus on sanitation infrastructure, waste management systems and public amenities along the yatra route.
