Srinagar, Oct. 1 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial Vice President and MLA Hazratbal Salman Ali Sagar Wednesday chaired a meeting with block functionaries of the Buchpora block at Nawa-e-Subha, Srinagar.
