Srinagar, Dec. 6 -- Education Minister Sakeena Itoo on Saturday said the Jammu and Kashmir government has already taken up the issue of age relaxation for JKAS aspirants, but an "unnecessary delay" in clearing the proposal has created anxiety among thousands of candidates whose preliminary examination is now just days away.
