POONCH, Aug. 5 -- Minister for Social Welfare, Sakeena Itoo, today distributed motorized tricycles among 28 specially abled persons at a function held in Poonch.

The event, organized by the Department of Social Welfare, aimed to enhance the mobility and independence of individuals with physical challenges.
