Srinagar, March 19 -- MLA Handwara, Sajad Lone, has raised serious concerns over the termination of employees without due process and the economic disparities affecting the valley.

Speaking in the assembly, Lone questioned the fairness of job terminations that took place without giving employees a chance to defend themselves.

"Will there be a review of these terminations? Is there a roadmap to reinstate them? Or will they at least be given an opportunity to defend themselves?" he asked. He urged the government to ensure that employees receive a fair hearing before any action is taken against them.
