Jammu, Oct. 21 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary and MLA Khanyar, Haji Ali Muhammad Sagar today presided over office bearers meeting of Block Khanyar-B at the party headquarters, Nawa-i-Subah, Srinagar.
