Srinagar, Jan. 24 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar Saturday lauded the proactive and committed role of the Omar Abdullah-led government for swiftly restoring essential services across Kashmir in the aftermath of the recent heavy snowfall.

In a press statement issued from the party headquarters Nawa-e-Subha, Sagar said the government's war-footing response brought much-needed relief to people during a challenging period.
