JAMMU, March 23 -- National Conference Additional General Secretary and former Minister Ajay Kumar Sadhotra today welcomed the constitution of a House Committee by the Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Abdul Rahim Rather to examine the alleged mismanagement of the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in the Union Territory.
