Jammu Dec 22 (KNS), Dec. 22 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference on Monday said that the Omar Abdullah-led government is committed to restoring the city's prominence by developing it into a citizen-friendly urban hub and a major tourism destination in the country.

This was stated by Additional General Secretary Ajay Sadhotra and Provincial President Jammu Ratan Lal Gupta while addressing a workers' meeting of Ward No. 34, Janipur.
