Jammu, Feb. 8 -- Former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory and senior Congress leader Shri Tara Chand on Sunday launched a sharp and wide-ranging attack on the government, accusing it of consistently ignoring pressing public issues and failing to honour the commitments made to the people.
