Jammu, Aug. 29 -- Senior CPI(M) leader and MLA, M.Y.Tarigami has urged the State administration to ensure speedy restoration of power and potable drinking water to the inmates living in different migrant colonies at Jammu.

The recent floods have created havoc claiming precious human lives, damaged residential houses and devastated the public utility infrastructure across Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu region has been badly hit by this unprecedented deluge so much so that there was outcry and uproar everywhere. People were crying for help.
