Tral, Oct. 11 -- Residents of at least four villages in the Tral constituency have been waiting for over a year for electricity transformers to be installed. Though funds have been released by the local MLA, the installation is still pending, causing concern as winter approaches.
Locals say the old transformers can no longer handle the increased load, leading to frequent power outages. With cold weather coming, residents are worried about consistent electricity supply.
