Srinagar, June 21 -- Apni Party Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir on Saturday said that the current reservation policy needs to be reformed to ensure it benefits only the truly deserving, without compromising merit.
According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Mir criticized both the government and opposition parties for failing to fulfill their promises, particularly on statehood and power reforms. "Reservation is a serious issue. It should help the needy, not be used to sideline merit or mislead the public," he said.
He also said that the National Conference's past commitments, especially on the restoration of Article 370 and statehood. "They promised much, delivered little, and people trusted those who had no real power.Click Here To Foll...
