Mendhar, Oct. 4 -- Minister Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana on Saturday convened a meeting with Sub-Divisional staff in Mendhar to assess the ongoing relief and rehabilitation measures for families affected by the recent landslide tragedy in Kalaban.

During the review, the Minister stressed on the importance of comprehensive and transparent evaluation of damages incurred due to the natural calamity.

He directed officials to ensure that no affected family is overlooked, and that the assessment process remains fair, accurate and inclusive.
